What does it mean to be a woman with style? The first thing that comes to your mind is to have beautiful clothes, work with a stylist which is so awesome as well, but still there is more to it, let’s go beyond the first definition.
In fact you can do everything with style, to have your personality is a style, the way you speak and move can be with style, and of course you can choose your lifestyle.
In a modern world women tend to overdo, and use a lot of masculine energy forgetting that femininity is what gives them more charm and power.
What is feminine energy?
Feminine energy is calm, tender, gentle and strong in its own manner at the same time. It’s about soft movements, it’s about cultivating inner joy which inspires and attracts masculine energy of men.
Being put under pressure struggling with stress and anxiety women get sick, depressed and often frustrated, because they act and live out of their masculine energy and not as with their feminine inborn energy that every woman has, but might suppress and even subconsciously deactivate a part of it.
All that affects mental health and also physical health. Why so many women suffer from diseases, it’s because they keep and restrain their emotions, not letting them out and are constantly under pressure. To be a woman doesn’t mean to have less right, on the opposite it’s to have the same rights as men, but it’s to allow yourself to take are of your feminine energy and to have more calm during menstruation period, to do feminine practices and ritual that help you to express yourself as a woman.
Self-regulation is one of the key skills that every woman should learn. If you are in a stressful situation and don’t know how to deal with your emotions, or can’t heal your inner wounds, all this leads to emotional overload which can cause burnout, diseases, constant anxiety and mental health issues.
How to take care of mental health?
There are many ways you could resolve these problems.
Inner child healing is a very helpful method to reconnect to your inner child and heal. I have individual sessions and workshops on Inner Child Healing online and face-to-face.
It’s also recommended to do feminine practices, belly dance, latino dance, Ballroom, and all dance styles that are feminine and help you to work on your elasticity, movements and gestures.
Meditation is also a powerful practice that enhances mindfulness and gives more clarity. It’s a good way to conquer stress and anxiety. It might seem boring and difficult for some people, but if you try and learn it properly, you will be surprised how good it makes you feel.
Connecting with other women who have feminine energy or work on it together is very efficient and inspiring. Together it’s more fun.
I shared some ways how you could bring more harmony into your life and for your soul. There are more ways to awaken your inner joy and to support yourself working on your self-esteem, self-love, self-compassion and stress release. And after all, you are here to express yourself, and if you are stuck and have some blocks that might prevent you from moving forward, it’s much more efficient to work on your limiting beliefs, subdued emotions, emotional states and goal setting. Because you might even be frustrated about your goals, get lost in perfectionism instead of learning the tools that can help you to achieve what you want.
Positive thinking is crucial for everyone and it’s easier for some people to think negative, but it’s something you can also learn and apply into practice to make your life so much better.
Emotional intelligence, self-mastery – these are all topics of coaching. Sometimes the right question at the right moment can not only help you to move forward in life, but also to save so much time of unnecessary suffering.
